Lakewood Remodel

The interior scope of work included removing load-bearing walls to open up the space connecting the living room, dining room, and kitchen. High on their list of our clients’ must-haves was creating a wine area and laundry room within the conditioned space. We were able to add these spaces by capturing some of the garage space. Another high priority included gutting the kitchen to create a more functional and attractive space. A total re-haul of the master bath created a more contemporary look with high-end finishes and fixtures. New lighting and painting throughout the home completed the interior transformation.
